It doesn't matter. You guys lost any right for consideration the moment you fucked with the Garland nomination. Suck it up buttercup, it's a shitstorm of your own making.

I think it will be pretty funny when Barrett ends up doing nothing more in her career as a Supreme than writing dissection opinions for the next 30 years.
Garland didn't have the votes. Your comment is a false equivalency.
They should have at least had the right to vote if you were being consistent, but you aren’t.

Remember that “2000 Mules” was concocted by a circus of elephants.
The right needs to stop worry about what’s between people’s legs. Instead, they should focus on what’s between their ears.
Audacity sucks.

I'm not a Republican senator. Why put the guy through the process to get turned down?

Voting for Trump is dumber than playing Russian Roulette with fully loaded chambers.

It was a general “you” obviously. Let them turn him down, then it reflects poorly on them.

Actually, you can thank your buddy Harry Reid for this situation for getting rid of the filibuster rule for judges.

The difference is that Republicans have been open about their intentions since literally the hour after RBG died.

Biden, on the other hand, is going out of his way to hide his intentions.
His actual intention is to NOT pack it.

Tommy Tubervile, former Auburn coach???? Interesting. How many Bama fans vote for him? I have to be honest if Izzo ran as a Democrat.... I don't know how I would vote.

By the way, the graphic I saw was JJ 47.3 to Gary Peters 47.2 with 3.5 independent, the rest third party. Not that it matters anyways because Trafalgar is a Republican internal poller.

Are Democrats getting nervous yet about Minnesota? In a race that wasn't even considered a toss-up, Smith's lead is down to +1.

Smith +10 on 9/20
Smith +8 on 9/21
Smith + 4 on 10/12
Smith +1 on 10/16

Looks like Smith (D) may be crashing and burning.

We’ll need some more polling... it’ll probably be close... remember Al Franken and Norm Coleman in 2008?

It looks like Dems take over the Senate. Let the court packing commence with the activist judges! DC statehood, bring on Puerto Rico- power for years to come! I'll make other plans Nov. 3rd, this cements it, Dems WIN! Political Correctness forever!!!! Yes.
