The greater Denver area is headed in that direction too. People are fleeing The Peoples Republic of California in droves. Yet, once they relocate, they seem inclined to vote for the same type of people that created the condition they wanted to leave.

What I don't get is that if it's folks "fleeing" CA then it should turn CA blue and whatever other state RED. It's more like people are oozing out and infecting other states.
