Diversity

So happy to see models with Down Syndrome in advertising. Also, lots of LGBTQIA+ representation lately.

But more should be done. I want to see more quadriplegics, cyclops, albino, people who aren’t injured but believe they are, all 40 million+ genders, NAMBLA members, drug addicts, and humans who identify as animals.

Diversity is all well and good. But what I don't like is affirmative action.

You live in a backwoods town with 97% marginally educated white people. I don't think you really have much to worry about.

What you fail to realize is this is a country full of different places other than where you live. So you not liking things because you don't have to really deal with them where you are is a relatively ignorant perspective.

The reality is affirmative action has been effective is making changes and that bugs many people with bigoted tendencies. They're just surrounded by white people say they don't even understand what racism is.

Selecting people based on skin color, does nothing to dissipate racism, it only keeps it alive another day in another way.

Ask not what your country can do FOR you; ask what they are about to do TO YOU!!

It’s sad that I have to clarify for you, but I’m talking about VOLUNTARY diversity.

Anyone who makes decisions based on race is a racist and affirmative action is forced racism.

How do you think people would respond if you went to a primarily African American area and announce, “You know what this place needs more of? WHITE PEOPLE!”

Now get out there and make it a great day!
