RIP Elijah Cummings

While I didn't agree with Elijah Cummings on much, I was sad to hear of his passing. He served his country honorably.

What's more pathetic: harassing an old man who is paying to do a radio show or supporting a grifter like Trump?

A rare American.
An even rarer man.
A leader’s leader.
Courageous - come what may.
Never compromising his faith, family values, or belief in justice for all - for political expediency.
Outstanding role model.
Honest.
Steadfast.
Gentle.
Loving.
Introspective, and understanding.
Made his family proud.
Made his constituents proud.
Made his country proud.
And now - as God’s servant - resides in Paradise.

Well done, Elijah. We are forever grateful to you, sir.
We will try to follow your patriotic example. And we will forever remember your thundering voice of truth.

Nicely put, Matt. I felt the same way as you and was stunned to learn of his passing.
