Trump not looking like a winner in Michigan

Post by TC Talks » Tue Jun 25, 2019 8:11 pm

Spin the facts anyway you like folks. Trump is a loser in Michigan.
A Glengariff Group poll from last month found that Trump is struggling in Michigan, trailing five of the leading Democratic candidates. Former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders led the president by 12 percentage points. And fewer than 36 percent of Michigan voters say they’d cast their vote for Trump.

How did THIS ONE turn out? I'll hang up and listen...

What's more pathetic: harassing an old man who is paying to do a radio show or supporting a grifter like Trump?

Trump is human garbage, and he doesn't deserve to be anywhere near the White House. He deserves to lose EVERY state.

Furthermore, Hillary should be easy to beat in 2020. Clintons only get elected by anomalies in the election process. Bill was never a majority president because of Perot siphoning votes from Bush and Dole, and Hillary is going to be elected because she's running against pure human garbage.

I'm encouraged that the Trumpwits think they are still running against Hillary.

There is a reason Trump won 2016. It's simple. Neither the Rs or th Ds put up any other decent candidates, who cared about average Americans, average being + or - 2SDs, ~96% of the population. They're not deplorable. They are just Americans with traditional values. The young are being duped by Communism labelled as Socialism. They don't know what will happen under Communism. By the time they figure it out, it will be too late. Like the First Law of Thermodynamics, you can't get something for nothing. You can look for that perpetual motion machine that will pay for it all you want. You'll never find it. If you did, it still wouldn't work, just like Bernie got kicked out of the commune for.

Disagreeing with Communists is NOT an impeachable offense.

I think Trump has disqualified himself as an option for many of the sway voters he was able to catch in 2016. Who knows who he will run against but it seems like anyone will be a better option according to polling.

You are smarter than that TC Talks. no poll this far out can be trusted. These things will change untold number of times between now and election day and quit being obtuse, Matt was simply pointing out that ALL the polls had Hillary sitting in the White House and they were wrong. Based on how badly they missed 2016 I will trust only one set of numbers. The final vote totals on election day. Sadly, at this point i have a feeling I will do what I did then, vote for everything else and leave president blank as there is no candidate I can support once again.

Trump's approval rating is virtually unchanged from where it was the day he took office. Republicans will unite behind him and will vote for him en mass.

Democrats, however, are a bit fractured right now thanks to a very vocal group of far left loons in the party. Biden is the only so-called moderate with any chance of winning the nomination and he won't excite the hard left enough to get them to the polls in large numbers. Sure, they are united in their hatred of Trump, but pissing and moaning and bitching on their twitter accounts day-in and day-out won't necessarily translate into actual votes. And if anybody other than Biden gets it, a small but significant group of moderates in the party will vote for Trump.

I think the outcome of the election could very closely mirror what it looked like in 2016 with a Democrat winning the popular vote but Trump winning key states and thus the Electoral College.

He didn't have 36% electability in 2016.

Boy have you swallowed the pill, and yes I guess I am since I didn't vote for him in 2016 and won't again in 2020, but I won't support whoever the Dem's put forth either. So I guess that makes me smarter than both parties since they are both full of shit.
