Of course there is no argument here, twatwaffle is just being a shit starter. Jaywalking is in the criminal code in most if not all villages, towns and cities. If you don't use a designated cross walk you are violating an ordinance and are subject to a fine. It is common sense and logical, two things twatwaflle knows nothing about.
