Snyder says "NO" to increased Executive Branch transparency

Post by MWmetalhead » Sat Dec 22, 2018 10:03 am

Kudos to both chambers of the State Legislature for attempting to increase transparency of the inner workings of our state government. This past week, legislation to do precisely that received overwhelming bi-partisan support.

Unfortunately, our outgoing Governor feels the Auditor General's hands need to continue to remain tied.

On a more positive note, I applaud Governor Snyder for the pardons he granted to five Iraqi Christian immigrants.
