Focusing on your sleep..

3 big suggestions:

1) Melatonin 90 minutes before bed or Calcium Magnesium Zinc supplement
2) Avoid screens for 1 hour before bed
3) Download either meditation or hypnosis and listen

You will have to retrain your body to it's circadian rhythm, and that could take up to 45 days so don't be impatient.

REM sleep is very important for your health and mental well-being. Do some research and work at getting good habits. I went through this two years ago. It just comes down to respecting your sleep.
