I think the petitioner wins.

Kasich only submitted 1990 valid signatures...

I think this means a vote in PA for Kasich will means vote for nobody.

I don't think it matters really, he's shooting for a brokered convention.

Kasich screwed up by not supporting Rubio in Florida.

Kasich is now BEGGING him to allow him to stay on ballot in PA...

This was after Rubio's team supported in Kasich in Ohio...then they said no "deal" on support in Florida...and now they're begging Rubio, because it's Rubio PAC that filed the lawsuit.

My guess is Rubio will endorse Cruz tonight and the lawsuit continues in PA.

Kasich and Rubio are battling each other for the establishment vote, and may be hoping for a brokered convention.

I'm still surprised that a native of PA is getting any attention in OH. Man, folks in Cleveland hate anyone with a Pittsburgh accent.

There were points in Kasich's speech last night where I thought he was going to do the right thing and re-commit to the people of Ohio. Unfortunately, he did not.
Voting for Trump is dumber than playing Russian Roulette with fully loaded chambers.

I voted Tuesday, albeit holding my breath for Cruz because I knew Kasich would just screw things up. He had a good 1st term but he needs to come back and govern.
