However, I actually agree with him that the officer was probably justified on shooting, as should some of the "protesters" (that were really rioters) this past summer. The police should be able to establish a line that should not be crossed unless you're willing to give your life. Folks should have not gone into the building, but the protest is being largely mischaracterized.
