Largely, most of them were. Of the >10,000 folks that were there, how many were charged with anything more than "tresspassing"? 10%? Less?

They spent months and months and MILLIONS of dollars tracking folks down and building cases so that they could prosecute anyone for anything they possibly could, yet they had THIS GUY, ON SEVERAL VIDEOs, both the day before and the day of the event, yet they don't charge him with **anything**. They didn't even charge him but let him plead down to a misdemeanor or even just a probationary period.
