The office approved a trademark for one of THE few words ohioans can spell. I think we could get bipartisan support to abolish this entity.

What's more pathetic: harassing an old man who is paying to do a radio show or supporting a grifter like Trump?

Why? Michigan could have done this too. They are exempt due to prior use.

You are duly served forthwith and halfwit that you are in violation not once but twice for using a trademark. You are sentenced to 30 lashes with The Freak's Velvet Paddle.

All kidding aside. Did you know Lebron James actually tried to trademark the phrase "Taco Tuesday"?

LeBron is a douche, so that doesn't surprise me.

You are fake news. U-M trademarked the logo of the block M, not the generic letter M.

Same diff.

In fact, for OSU it is a stroke of genius.. as they will always live rent free in all your heads.

Here's an oldie but goodie
Microsoft Patents Ones, Zeroes
3/25/98 3:00PM
REDMOND, WA—In what CEO Bill Gates called “an unfortunate but necessary step to protect our intellectual property from theft and exploitation by competitors,” the Microsoft Corporation patented the numbers one and zero Monday.

With the patent, Microsoft’s rivals are prohibited from manufacturing or selling products containing zeroes and ones—the mathematical building blocks of all computer languages and programs—unless a royalty fee of 10 cents per digit used is paid to the software giant.

“Microsoft has been using the binary system of ones and zeroes ever since its inception in 1975,” Gates told reporters. “For years, in the interest of the overall health of the computer industry, we permitted the free and unfettered use of our proprietary numeric systems. However, changing marketplace conditions and the increasingly predatory practices of certain competitors now leave us with no choice but to seek compensation for the use of our numerals.”

I find the roads in Ohio are lot better. The country roads are paved, often just one lane. It makes Ohio a lot better to drive in.

Ask not what your country can do FOR you; ask what they are about to do TO YOU!!
