In tonight's town meeting in Columbus , Ohio U-S Senator Sanders answered the first question by calling Donnie Trump "a psychopathic liar". Never a more true statement!

Even a broken clock is right twice a day. Did he make his second correct statement by saying the same thing about Hillary?

every politician is a pathological liar. I don't think "psychopathic" liar is a generally acknowledged term.
