MSU v UM Take 2 tomorrow

Spartans -6.5 at Crisler.

I see 2 possible scenarios:

Michigan plays lights out, usually suspended Dug goes off, Wolvies pull a 7 point upset.

Spartans dominate. Lead by double digits most of the game, win by 13.

I'll take #2.

GO GREEN!!!

I have had a hard time giving two shits about Michigan basketball since Gail Goodrich lit them up for 42 points in the 1965 title game.
I was all about Magic beating Bird in 1979.

Home game so Dug will play which clearly changes the dynamic. Michigan has talent, hasn't given up on Juwan, and it's a rivalry game. I gotta believe they are hardly gonna just be going thru the motions. Line is dropping, seeing 5.5 now.

I'll be interested in the crowd makeup. I expect an inordinate amount of Green in Crisler.

The fact a 10 point win in Ann Arbor is considered "ugly" shows how far Michigan basketball has fallen.

OSU fired its incompetent head coach recently. Michigan needs to give Juwan (and Warde) the hook once the regular season ends. Hell, fire Warde NOW.

I just hope Santa isn't as oblivious to Warde's incompetence as I fear.

Santa probably isn’t a sports guy.

It's really not a bad basketball team, there is some solid talent there. But Michigan didn't score a point the last 6-7 minutes of the game. They have collapsed in the second half all year long. Whether it's Juwan not using his bench, bad coaching, conditioning, etc., it's obviously an issue. You would think they would somehow address it and do something different.

Santa is a sports guy, but Warde was just named chair of the CFP selection committee. He's not going to be fired at this time. Juwan will either be gone or make significant changes like Beilein and Harbaugh did while at Michigan.
