Another Juwan Howard controversy...

950 WWJ is reporting that "there are reports" Howard got into a confrontation at practice last week with someone on the conditioning staff.

It is unclear if it was a physical altercation.

If it was indeed a physical altercation that he initiated, he should be fired. Again, it is unclear to me if that's what occured. I will try to find more info on this matter.

He should be fired anyway. The guy is a ticking time bomb incapable of controlling his violent impulses' consistently.

I don't think Juwan Howard will last will be fired after the season maybe this scandal will be his undoing, and gets fired sooner than later Juwan seems to be a hot head.

Michigan president Santa Ono told The Detroit News on Wednesday that there is an internal investigation underway and offered his support of Howard as he awaits an update on the findings.

“Oftentimes, what comes out as rumors, are not at the end of the investigation actually true. So, it’s important for people to wait until that internal investigation concludes,” Ono said.

Not an endorsement or a condemnation, but a measured response. Having said that, Santa really needs to assess Warde Manuel's continued employment.

This would be the second high profile coach that Warde hired that he might have to dismiss for behavior issues.

I'm comfortable that there wasn't much to the complaint, only because it could have offered an escape shoot from the contract.
