You beat me to the punch regarding Woodruff. Her little statement a couple days ago was such a lame attempt at deflection (i.e. Tuggergate and especially Tunnelgate). It was pathetic, quite frankly. I was very surprised she released such a statement.

Did she even comment on Tugger? She was not the president yet during last year's game. MSU still has an actual president that was pushed out for not being a BoT puppet.

This wasn't the only game where a top 10 team was a 24-point favorite against a rival. 1-5 Virginia just took down 6-0 North Carolina. Virginia looked like anything other than a 1-5 team.

What I meant was I think it was a desperate attempt to change the pre-game narrative vis-a-vis Tunnelgate. She was trying to equivocate alleged illegal opponent scouting (aka being a spectator in the stands) to a violent physical attack. Her suggestion that the two are somehow similar is beyond absurd.

Her predecessor should not have been pushed out; I agree.
