Former NFL head coach for the Minnesota Vikings, Bud Grant who lost all 4 Super Bowls to the Kansas City Chiefs (with quarterback Joe Kapp in 1969), Miami Dolphins (1973), Pittsburgh Steelers (1974) & Oakland Raiders (1976 & the last 3 with quarterback Fran Tarkenton) has died at 95 years old. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bud_Grant
