I'm not normally one to blame refs for a win or a loss, but I have come to terms with the fact that in the big games, on the big stages, guys like Rogers are always, ALWAYS gonna get the break. We all knew what was gonna go down anyway.

That holding call on Nelson was another bullshit call; Goff had already released the ball! Great play call!

The officiating in the GB - DET game has been atrocious.

GB has gotten away with pass interference, and moments ago, Rodgers was already losing control of the ball before he was downed by contact. That should've been ruled a fumble.
Did you watch the Seattle game? The officiating in THAT game makes this officiating crew look competent.

Did Maria Taylor (?) actually say the score is 6-9? How can you host the premier football show of the week and not know how the scores are supposed to be read?

Yeah those guys should be drummed out of the league.

One thing I haven't seen anybody talk about, and that was the absolutely horrible decision for the Rams to call their 2nd timeout with about 2:20 left in regulation. Had they not called that, the clock would have run down to the 2 minute warning before they even got the ball back, and then they would have had much more control over the clock on their final possession since Seattle was already out of timeouts.
Good observation.

I'm still steamed about that running-into-the-kicker call. The rusher was falling backwards after being tripped by the blocker! Pure bullshit.

My mind hasn’t changed. Goff won’t win a playoff game with this team.

Goff is "the guy" moving forward and it isn't even a close call.

Looks like the lions will pick 6th and 18th in round 1 of the draft.

Outstanding win by the Lions. I'm stunned.

The Lions' defensive performance was most impressive.

After a horrible game at Carolina, this team finished on a strong note.

Fuck you, Green Bay! 😁

(Sure would like to have that Thanksgiving loss against Buffalo back. Had the Lions been victorious, they'd be a six seed facing Minnesota, a winnable match-up.)

This win is even more impressive than the win against the Vikings, in my opinion, given the venue and the stakes.

Goff is definitely "the man" for now. He's proven himself worthy for the time being. That trade with the Rams is looking pretty darn good right now.

Had the Lions made the post season, S.F. and Dallas perhaps are the two teams that would've scared me the most. Hurts is back with Philly, but he isn't 100 percent healthy. Granted, I still wouldn't want to face Philly in Philly. That's a house of horrors for the Lions.
