They just lost a home playoff game in dramatic, very Lionesque fashion!!!

Golden opportunity to pull off a game winning drive with minimal time on the game clock, and instead of throwing to the end zone, Prescott decides to run a QB keeper from about the 35 yard line with only :14 on the game clock and zero timeouts. Naturally, he slides to avoid a tackle around the SF 25 yard line, and then the game clock expires before the ball can be snapped again. I LOVE IT! Screw Dallas.

They might have had a second left if that ref hadn't stumbled and mis-placed the ball.

But yeah, as that happened, I pictured in my mind that being exactly how the Lions would lose a playoff game

By rule, the ref is required to place the ball. It's the Cowboys' fault for blocking the ref from access to the ball.

Boys did everything wrong on that play. Might not have been so bad if Prescott got down quicker, but it was an idiotic call. Couldn't have happened to a more deserving fuck than Jerry Jones.

Prescott should've handed the ball to the ref, not his center -- but who would think of such things at that time, and the clock was ticking down to nothing! Oh well.

Dumb to run with 14 seconds left the 49ERS will give you that every time for the clock to run out. Throw it in the end zone or the sideline I was happy that the Cowboys lost. I went 4-2 this weekend with the Raiders & Cowboys even know I was rooting for the 49ERS.

Agreed. Not often I agree with lido and SEMI, but that just happened. LOL.
