That was just like watching the end of the MSU game - it felt like OSU was going to win but they missed key shots and free throws down the stretch.

Turnovers + missed free throws cost OSU the game.

Oral Roberts (school named after a crackpot heretic) led most of the game.

OSU and Purdue have murdered my brackets.

I would've never picked Purdue to go far in the tournament, but I certainly didn't think they would lose yesterday!

So far, the Big Ten looks somewhat overrated as a conference. Illinois and Wisconsin did take care of their business handily, though, and Rutgers won a very close contest with Clemson.

Wisconsin just wiped the floor clean with the Tar Heels!

What a strange year - NC is already out, MSU is already out, Kentucky had a horrible regular season, and so did Duke! Oh, and fucking BAYLOR is considered one of the best teams in the country.

No NC State either.

Can't believe Abilene Christian beat Texas. I was overly fatigued yesterday and fell asleep at like 7, so I missed a lot of basketball. I only missed 5 picks this year in the first round. Definitely a record for me.

Gigantic upset for sure!

Too bad the play by play announcer did a terrible job calling the ending of that game. How the hell did she get hired for NCAA tournament play by play?

And was she teamed with the guy who kept referring to Oregon State as the "Ducks" a couple nights ago?

Outside of the "no MSU" part, I'm finding it incredibly refreshing. We have several genuine Cinderellas!
One thing I've done in all the years I've filled out a bracket is NEVER bet against the MAC in the first round. :hat It's always served me well. (FWIW, I didn't fill one out this year.)

There was an announcer yesterday who referred to USC as UCLA! :eek :rolleyes

I’ve yet to see a great woman PBP announcer... if somebody knows one feel free to correct me.
