Privileged MSU insiders boot marching band & cheer team from charter plane flight to Mpls for Final Four

So, privileged adults with plenty of money to afford commercial airfare (or even a charter flight of their own) decided it was perfectly acceptable to boot MSU students - who were attending the Final Four to actually perform there - from the basketball team's charter flight so that they could use the seats for themselves.
The fact the athletic department - which receives TONS of revenue from men's basketball program - relegated the cheer squad and the marching band to a fucking bus for what is at least a ten hour drive on the best of days is nothing short of despicable!!!
Kudos to the Detroit News' Tony Paul for unearthing this story.
To the credit of the vast majority of MSU trustees, they didn't hop on the plane. But, of course, there was one exception to the rule, and I bet y'all can guess with ease which current MSU trustee availed himself of the basketball team's charter flight.
