Since Matt just loves my charts and graphs, here is a quick rough graph of Detroit's win-loss record (relative to .500) since 2001.

Image

For 15 years of "rebuilding," they're worse now than they were at rock bottom from 2009-2013.

Exactly my point.

Hard to believe that, next year, we will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the '04 run with...whatever this is. It sucks. I used to love kicking back, rolling one up, and enjoying a Pistons game. Total waste.

Meanwhile...

The Pistons are down by 32 at the end of three in Toronto. :razz

Weaver should be fired immediately. He cannot be trusted with the keys. He thinks using cap space on journeymen and reclamation projects is the key to success.

Pistons play Indiana Friday. The Pacers just scored 157 points in Atlanta.

Fire Troy Weaver seems he & Tom don't see eye to eye Weaver didn't want Monte as coach.

This bizarre TV commercial for the Pistons where that goofy guy says, "Did you really expect anything to be different?" is getting to be a bad joke. I cringe every time I see it.

0-4 in-season tourney Pistons forgot to play in the final quarter couldn't buy a basket if there life depend on it or get rebounds either.

Let's see if the Pistons can defeat the equally dreadful Wizards on Monday night. Both squads are 2-14.

Pistons lost, 126-107. Washington pulled away in the second half.

Next up is the Lakers on Wednesday. LA lost big in Philadelphia tonight.

Well… that’s 2-80.

The fact Weaver still has a job is completely unacceptable.

He drafted all these fucking guards who cannot hit a 3-ball to save their life.

21% shooting from long range as a team. 17 turnovers.

It would be bad enough losing by 19 to the Wizards on the road. This blowout happened at LCA.

Pitiful, just pitiful.

Gawd, this is worse than my earliest Pistons memories from the inglorious early '60s! :barf

Lakers 133, Pistons 107.

15th straight loss is a new franchise record.

Wahoo…
For reference the only two Piston teams not to win 20 in a season:
1979-80 (16-66)
2022-23 (17-65)
