The most fair way to do it would have been:
Titans vs. Jaguars on Sunday night as the game will be for the division no matter what.
Dolphins vs. Jets on Saturday as a Dolphins win puts them close to a playoff spot but doesn't actually knock anybody out
Dallas vs. Washington on Saturday as Dallas would put themselves in position to win the NFC East if Philly went on to later lose to the Giants
Lions and Seahawks should both have played at the same time on Sunday.
I do agree that the way they did it potentially unfairly benefits Green Bay and potentially hurts Detroit. My suggestions above wouldn't really have unfairly benefited anybody.

The NFL wants one of their biggest names (Aaron Rodgers) on primetime Sunday night for ratings. Combine that with them being "win and in" for the playoffs after their win against Minnesota and I don't think there was any other choice they would've made. They weren't worried about any other teams.
