That was an early Christmas gift to the Spartans for sure.

Perhaps throwing into double coverage that made the defenders look like receivers on the last play was a bad plan? Cade MacNamara blew it. Michigan will be perfectly content in some lesser bowl game, will lose to Ohio State, blather on endlessly about the now cliche MICHIGAN MEN (TM) and we’ll do this next year with a lousy coach with high expectations again. Nuking the athletic program there seems appropriate. Especially anybody with major prior connections to the school such as having been a player. Screw that. Few other schools seem that tied to such a concept.MWmetalhead wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 4:11 pmMaybe his QB shouldn't have fumbled in late 4Q situation. Dropped passes also cost the Wolverines late.
I'll be the first to say you cannot pin this loss on UM coaching. MSU simply made more big plays late.
Would UM had gotten into the end zone with a fresh set of downs late had PI been called? Perhaps.
McNamara was in the tent being evaluated.Honeyman wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 4:12 pmGO GREEN, BITCH!Matt wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 4:04 pmHarbaugh is 8-0 if two of the bullshit calls or noncalls go his way.MotorCityRadioFreak wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 3:56 pmState won every review. That strip sack overturn was bullshit and the difference. Also, Harbaugh needs to go.
Yes, it was a bad call, but Michigan was up by 16 in the second half, and still managed to LOOOOOOSE! And we lost Nailor.
THANK YOU JIMMY FOR REPLACING MCNAMERA SO YOUR 5 STAR QB COULD FUMBLE THE HANDOFF! BRILLIANT!

He’s got a choking issue when it comes to these big games… when is that a problem for the University keeping him?MWmetalhead wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 5:58 pmHarbaugh as Michigan head coach is now 2 - 13 against top 10 ranked opponents.
Maybe when they stop turning a profit with 100,000 plus fans at home games?Rate This wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 6:08 pmHe’s got a choking issue when it comes to these big games… when is that a problem for the University keeping him?MWmetalhead wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 5:58 pmHarbaugh as Michigan head coach is now 2 - 13 against top 10 ranked opponents.
You’re probably right but if people get disgusted enough and stop spending money that’ll be a problem for them. Really the idea of charging for education like they do and making money off athletics and making universities a business in general is immoral. Ideally they should be nearly like religious entities purport to be… near charities spreading knowledge as a public service and incidentally playing games as something fun. Instead they hold knowledge hostage at prices most people will be forever indebted to and the games are life or death.craig11152 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 6:21 pmMaybe when they stop turning a profit with 100,000 plus fans at home games?Rate This wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 6:08 pmHe’s got a choking issue when it comes to these big games… when is that a problem for the University keeping him?MWmetalhead wrote: ↑Sat Oct 30, 2021 5:58 pmHarbaugh as Michigan head coach is now 2 - 13 against top 10 ranked opponents.
McDonald's doesn't need to sell great hamburgers to be a successful business.
As long as we call college football a business then isn't turning a profit what matters?
I'm no fan of Harbaugh and would like him gone but I'm tossing out a possible answer to your question.
