Anyone want to say that The High Numbers/The Who DIDN'T misappropriate the background arrangement of "Misery"?

There was some speculation that the White group called the Dynamics was connected to the Black group called the Dynamics. Sleepyhead Ted Johnson's (WHRV, WXYZ, WTAC, WFDF, WDLZ) brother was a member the "White" Dynamics. But Ted Johnson had connections to Berry Gordy, and had connections to both`groups, and there is some speculation that the "Black" Dynamics were the vocal group, and the "White" Dynamics were the instrumental backing group. In any event, the Dynamics were recording at the American Sound Studio in Memphis at the time Brook Benton, Elvis Presley, and Neil Diamond recorded huqe hits there, but the Dynamics did some great work there which was mainly overlooked in the late 1960s.
