I'm a tad late to the gathering, however better late then never I suppose. I didn't see this mentioned so I thought I'd bring it up.
I-heart Radio(formally Clear Channel) has brought back The "Rumba" name in Philadelphia. The format was on 104.5 and lasted about a year or so, before being sent to 1480am and then discontinued all together. However, with a growing Spanish language audience, I figured it would be a matter of time before a full market FM signal would give this format another go.
I think this format may do well, 106.1 has become a bit of a cursed signal in recent years, maybe this could be the one.

Or they could go back to automatically cleaning your home floors as you sleep.
