Hey, some of us like to talk about happenings in other areas of the country, too. Here's the place to do it.

Maybe it's just me, but it seems like Jack is making a bit of a comeback.

We need Jack in Detroit. WDRQ should become Jack 93.1, that would be cool.

We need Jack FM in both Toledo and Detroit. I agree. At least Doug FM had a great run. IHeart should have given variety hits a better shot on 106.7 back in 2017.

Honestly, I’d love to see a Jack-branded format in Detroit. Doug was decent, but never had any real effort put into it. The most successful Jacks, especially KCBS-FM in LA, have a H*** staff, and plenty of effort put into every single aspect of the programming; they treat the Jack brand as a living, breathing personality, and it shows.

I could see a Jack popping up in Detroit or Toledo in the next year, but will there be actual work out into it, or will it be nothing more than a glorified Spotify playlist? I think we all know the answer here...

take this job and shove it
