I realize that 3 letter callsigns aren't as important as they used to be, but why don't they go back to KSO. KSO, Des Moines' Sports Outlet.

I love the fact the ultra low rated, extremely heavily voicetracked "ALT" station is the one getting the ax to preserve a Sports format with a great deal of local content.

Great move! Kudos to the listeners and advertisers in Central Iowa for making their voices heard!

I wonder if this means other talents in other markets will be rehired if there's enough backlash from both listeners and advertisers?
