Not something IH is really known to do, but I see 97.3 has thrown in the towel on CHR.

I-heart Launches sports station in Milwaukee
Re: I-heart Launches sports station in Milwaukee
Interesting,Brian do you think it could happen in Detroit maybe WDFN FM 106.7 and be rid of AM 1130 maybe sell it or shut it off and sell the land where the AM towers are. What do you think?
Re: I-heart Launches sports station in Milwaukee
Hmm? Hard to say. IH isn't know for sports formats, maybe they are trying to change that.

1130's array is in an industrial area, and Vreeland Road is lightly travelled with no retail along it. I doubt anyone would want to develop the land, or at most, they would want only the immediate frontage.
I'm sure Pedro Zamora would just LOVE to get his hands on that station.
Re: I-heart Launches sports station in Milwaukee
An industrial park developer could use the land, Pedro might buy a second station who knows he could buy 1130 and sell or Shutdown AM1310 Or I’ll buy 1310 and bring Keener 13 back I can afford the station.
