Irma in 2017. Ian in 2022. Now in 23 we have Idalia. They all have three things in common. They're powerful hurricanes. They've all taken aim at our little place in Florida. And they all start with the letter i.

Legend has it that an old Seminole Chief who lived about 200 years ago keeps watch over the town named after his people and protects it.
Irma in 2017 and Ian in 2022 both veered of course at the last minute and we were spared. We talked with one of our Florida neighbours this morning and it looks like our Chief came through for us again in spades. The damage around there is minimal.

My cousin(in Orlando), 2 aunts and 2 uncles(Cape Canaveral area) are okay as well.
