Reading that, now imagine if the City of San Francisco put forth a similar effort in keeping people from shitting on sidewalks and overdosing....

Getting permits is the cost of existing.

Exactly, agreed. Just interesting that the city is extremely concerned about sidewalk safety for changing out the sign, but turns a blind eye to people defecating on sidewalks, overdosing on drugs on sidewalks, dealing drugs on sidewalks, setting up shantytowns on sidewalks, and accosting others on sidewalks.

Move to Russia where unfairnesses like this are handled differently.

People are required to get a permit prior to shitting on the sidewalk?

They tend to shit all over the process rather than follow the rules unfortunately.

Signs atop high rises in densely built central business districts make little sense to me. Often, they are impossible or nearly impossible to see from the street or from the sidewalk since the high rises are packed closely together. I do not know if that is the case in this instance.

I will say the new logo is ugly. I liked the bird better.

I mean, of all the hills to die on...

Someone shit on a sidewalk in San Francisco. Doesn't affect me.

That person over there wants to be identified as a couch. Doesn't affect me.

I just don't get it.

If I identify as a billionaire can I just go sleep in a random mansion I also happen to identify as the owner of?
