After the nursing home debacle, think she should be in jail because she was "drunk" with her own power. She even vetoed a bi-partisan bill that would have reversed the illegal nursing home EO.
After all that has happened with her being "drunk" with EO power, a governor designating an official beer day is just dumb.

1976!!! I was listening to WLS at night in 1976 and heard this hit song!!!!
Edit: I saw this performance on American Bandstand on October 2, 1976 at 2:30 in the afternoon on WCPO in Cincinnati. We were visiting family there. Afterwards I went to Burger Chef and ordered a hamburger with no onions. But they still put them on!!!! I got fries too.
