Barbara Walters dies

Post by matt1 » Fri Dec 30, 2022 9:54 pm

Barbara Walters has died at 93 years old. As the late Gilda Radner says "Baba Wawa" back then on "Saturday Night Live". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barbara_Walters

She was a great interviewer and a trailblazer for women in journalism. Another legend gone. May she R.I.P.

I wonder if she'll be buried by a twee?

New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

She had many praiseworthy accomplishments, so I guess we can forgive her for starting The View.

Started out as a serious TV journalst. But in the final years of her career she was reduced to interviewing celebrities.

I started out with nothing and I still have most of it.

The view is awful, I'm sleeping when it's on thankfully  but I did like her interviews on 20/20 at times.
