At least, if you believe the GFS models. Outside of some light rain in the southern half of the state on Halloween keeping temps down a bit, temperatures will be unseasonably warm for 10 straight days with the jet stream well up into Canada. I remember we had a full week like this in early November a few years ago.

That's great news for me. We're returning home this weekend.
Nov 7 is my annual DXpedition. In the roughly 20 years I've been doing it, I've never had bad weather yet.

Wouldn't calling something "Indian Summer" be not woke?

Thanks. Just attempting to keep things straight. Baseball teams, bad. Summer, ok.

Thanks.bmw.
Now that I think we're getting another warm spell, I'll keep procrastinating doing the outside work I should of done in September.

I’m in the same boat… I fear it’ll be next spring before I get it done.

I have a slew of tee times at my local golf course for the next two weeks... have to get the rounds in before the course inexplicably closes because of a few flurries.

My observation is we normally have a warm break for the first week of deer season, then the snow breaks out. However, mlive says we have a “triple dip” El Niño coming this year, whatever that means. Think I’ll start stockpiling toilet paper.

Not any more than White Christmas.

This just in, they are predicting a “triple dip La Nena”.
I’m going to stock up on paper towels too.

I definitely remember it was awfully rainy in September of 2006. I wanna look that up.
Edit: there was more rain than usual but it says it only fell on 6 days. Idk, I remember more rain than anything.
Goddamn it, Matt. Now I have to be a weather need lol
