Shout out to Eric at Parkway Chrysler Dodge Jeep. He works on the oddball Saab cars that come in for maintenance, including mine.
What ever led you to take it there?

Ace Hardware, Largo FL. They have everything you need to do to do the job. Usually priced less than the big box stores. There is always someone there who can give advice on how to do the job.,

The Greater Detroit Saab group on Facebook. There are only so many Saabs left, so we have our own little community. Being that GM dealers no longer are willing to fix Saabs, we help each other find parts. And two mechanics service most people in the group. There's Eric who works at that dealer in Clinton Township and 9-3 Auto in New Haven. Every once in awhile, the guys from K&N in Ann Arbor stop in.

I worked at an Ace Hardware 5 years ago for a few weeks as part of a job training program in High School. This store is in the Toledo, OH area, and the staff there are friendly and have everything you need as well. As students, we were involved in the customer service aspect as well.

The Largo Ace Hardware has a fearsome security guard. A Yellow Lab. She might lash you with her tail on your way through the door.

My Ace Hardware doesn't have a dog, at least back in 2017 they didn't.

I had never been to a Chick-fil-A until two years ago in Toledo. While waiting in line I was thinking to myself that the employees were extremely polite. At that time I didn't know customer service was such a thing with them.
Polite....fast food employees....in TOLEDO??

wow, they must have a very careful interview/vetting process

The politest people go to church and greet you at the door and stab you in the back after you enter the sanctuary.

I don't have a religious bone in my body. I'm a non-believer. But I appreciate a kid who is polite and attentive and gets my order straight the first time.

Did you get a haircut there? If so, how did the barber or beautician do?
