I'm thinking that the Judge's father, the late Hermie Marable, Sr., was a childhood recording artist connected to Bill Lamb, whose daughter Becky recorded "Little Becky's Christmas Wish" around 1967. Hermie, apparently Sr., recorded a single about the same time.
