We are going to have a friend's cat for a couple of weeks. This cat is prone to swiping at people. Sneak behind and swipe and draw blood. Hiss at us and the dogs. Basically a little too hyper for me. What could I give this cat that would make it a bit lethargic?

As pointed out in TT's post, giving a cat a pill can be an exercise in futility. A friend of mine has a cat that is over the top. He uses this. It's OTC and as you see, you can get it via Amazon.
