All that was missing was some privacy.
A pair of middle-aged Florida men were arrested this week after police saw them having sex in public, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by The Smoking Gun Friday.
Daniel McCleary, 60, and Donald Engstrom, 59, were arrested on a misdemeanor charge Wednesday when a St. Petersburg cop saw them engaging “in sexual acts while completely naked and in public view,” according to the report.
The nude duo later admitted they had indeed been getting it on, according to the affidavit.
The officer indicated in the affidavit that there was indication of alcohol influence.
McCleary and Engstrom were released on their own recognizance the following day, according to the outlet.
