Another Misdemeanor in Niceville

Niceville has just recorded it's ninth misdemeanor for the year.

Niceville, Florida (WEAR-TV) — A rowdy fan was arrested at a Niceville High School football game on battery charges.
According to the report, two school administrators asked Josue Prado to watch his language while attending a game.
That's when Prado "aggressively" ran into one of the administrator's chest, the report reveals.
After being told to back away, Prado then chest bumped the victim multiple times.
The incident took place on September 22, but Prado was not arrested until December 17th.
Prada is facing a first-degree misdemeanor battery charge.
