Photography in Hot Humid Weather

Post by Turkeytop » Fri Jul 10, 2020 12:03 pm

So, I take my camera out of my air conditioned home and right away everything fogs up. I have to plan ahead and take it out about an hour before I want to use it and let it warm up gradually, inside the case.

How do real photographers deal with this?

I started out with nothing and I still have most of it.

Equipment in a storage safe in a non air conditioned garage.

Pelican cases for transport in air conditioned vehicles.

New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

Turkey will own a Pelican?

Ask not what your country can do FOR you; ask what they are about to do TO YOU!!

That just might be the case.

I've never had a camera fog up on me,but I have had to turn my head to exhale my breath because it would hang like a fog and obscure my shot. It was -25 that night... 2 jackets, one for me and one to pull over the camera. I was more concerned about a static charge building on the film.
