After arresting Judge Silva a year ago, it's understandable why the police might be eager to arrest her again

Following Arrest for Stealing Lottery Tickets Woman Strips Down, Parades Around Naked in Cell
BAYONNE, NJ - A 35-year-old Jersey City woman faces an additional charge of lewdness after stripping naked in the holding cell she had been placed in at Bayonne Police Headquarters on Thursday.
According to Lt. Eric Amato the incident began at approximately 11:39 a.m. when police officers were called to Fitzpatrick Park on a report of shoplifting. Once on the scene officers were informed by an employee that the suspect, later identified as Judge Silva, removed two $30 scratch off lottery tickets from the dispenser and place them in her pocket.
While attempting to flee Silva is said to have dropped one of the tickets.
The employee then observed Silva on a bench in the park and notified police.
Upon arrival officers conducted an investigation during which Silva gave a false name, leading to a charge of apprehending arrest. Officers then located the lottery ticket on the ground near Silva.
Once at Police Headquarters Judge Silva is said to have become “uncooperative and irate,” including the undressing and parading around the cell before dressing again.

I think you got the image of Ms. Turner wrong...
The young lady pictured is a Judge named M Silva.
This is Ms. Turner, from Jersey City, New Jersey.
New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

I hear that’s a good retirement gig.
