Do you have any leftovers?
I do, but the girl has dibbs on it for her lunch tomorrow.

Is that the two legged girl or the one with four legs.

Celebrating the first 78 degree day of the year. I did a little surf and turf on the grill. Bacon wrapped tenderloin and lobster tail. Mama made some broccoli and scalloped potatoes.

Take a gander at the steaks. I always tell mama, diamonds are a girls best friend and these don't come from Africa.

I'm wondering, is this a middle class, working class or upper class meal?

One of the best values in the meat department is pork tenderloin. It's the part of the pig that would be called a fillet mignon on a steer. It's VERY versatile and oh sooooo good. Best part is that it's really inexpensive.

Here I made a Sesame Teriyaki tenderloin served over rice and snow peas.

Let me check with the CDC. I'll get back to you.

Looks really good. Is that your creation?
And I'm curious about the bottle in the corner of the picture.

Yup! Made it for dinner tonight. The bottle is S. Pellegrino sparkling water. VERY refreshing, 0 calories.

Tossed them in some EVOO sprinkled with some lemon pepper and put them under the broiler.
