EAST LANSING — An East Lansing man made a splash at a Florida nightclub before he was arrested for battery in the early morning of Feb. 1.
Jack Estes Debrabander, 20, urinated over the railing of a balcony at the nightclub in St. Petersburg, showering a woman sitting on a bench on the sidewalk below, according to an affidavit written by the St. Petersburg Police Department.
He was intoxicated and uncooperative when officers arrived, police said.
Debrabander is charged with two counts of simple battery, a misdemeanor, in Pinellas County court. He was released from the Pinellas County Jail Feb. 1 after posting a $500 cash bond, online jail records show.
Debrabander could not be reached for comment and does not have an attorney listed in court records.
