I haven't given up yet. Still doing my research.
I'll give you a clue...

The brewery that makes this particular beer had one of its offerings named as German Beer Of The Decade in 2010.

New York and Chicago were all in with respect to their sanctuary status — until they were hit with the challenge of actually providing sanctuary. In other words, typical liberal hypocrisy.

So, Metaxa, a Greek Liquor, has those same seven stars on their label. Is it a Greek beer? The guy's face jogs no memory.

It isn't Greek.

Sorry, I can't even show you a more revealing clue. I only took one pic with bottle hidden and one with it showing.

I still have the empty bottle. I'll rig something up with it tomorrow.

The brew is Polish and, in my opinion, not very good.

That's it. I don't even know why I bought it. I don't like strong beers. They always taste like a bad wine.

Admit it, you bought it hoping it would fool us! :) Nice garden by the way!

You're right. That's exactly why I bought it. But, if I had noticed the "Strong" on the label, I wouldn't have.

That would be Holsten Edel or Holsten Premium depending on where it was purchased.

Rather surprised the head didn't hold up any better than it did.

You got it.

Guy at the store warned me about a coming shortage in European beers. They all enter Canada through the Port of Montreal and the Port is shut down with a Longshoremen's strike. I bought a few extra cans.
