Ok, some hints.

This beer is only brewed in 1 US great lakes state, and is not distributed by the brewer outside that state.

It pairs well with cheese, which is handy, because the state it's made in is known for its cheese (and cheeseheads).

The mascot of this beer bears a certain resemblance to black and white Gateway computer boxes of old...
