I just did a little research and then calling me 5+ times a day is a violation of the TCPA, since these calls are robocalls coming from an autodialer.
The particular company calling me has been sued multiple times for this. Apparently I'm entitled to up to $1,500 per call.

Thanks for the Google suggestion. Kept me from falling from your false information.
