Detroit — Police are on the lookout for a man who allegedly took out his frustrations regarding an unfinished pizza order by shooting up a restaurant's storefront late Tuesday on Detroit's west side.

The shooting incident took place about 11:30 p.m. at the Domino's on the 10400 block of West McNichols, said Dontae Freeman, a Detroit Police Department spokesman. That's west of Wyoming.

Police say a male customer arrived at the restaurant to pick up his pizza, but it wasn't ready yet. The man demanded a refund.

The refund was refused, but store staff tried to offer alternative accommodations, which were rejected, Freeman said.

The man then left and fired multiple shots into the storefront. Nobody was hit.

Police did not release a description of the man.

I never pay for an order before I pick it up, to avoid issues like this.
I would never shoot a place up though, like wtf

People go ape about the most minuscule things anymore. Sometimes I wonder if it's getting worse or we're just hearing more about it because of the internet. Seems every few weeks there's a story about someone freaking out and doing something rash (like pulling a piece) because they didn't get ketchup on their Whopper. I'm all for the Second Amendment, but too many yahoo's like this clown don't understand that their gun is meant for self-defense and not self-expression.

Hope it was worth it. I don't think Domino's delivers to the county lock-up.

Any Pizza at a corporate shill like Dominos takes no more than 9 minutes. I guess 9 minutes is worthy of 3 - 5 years in prison.

Why is Steely Dan's "With a Gun" (a forgotten album track from the Pretzel Logic LP) running in my head right now?

(accidentally duplicated).
