So, due to climate change, it looks like the smoke will become a permanent feature of our summer skies, until there are no forests left to burn

The forests up there must be made of plastic, 'cuz the CA smoke smells like burning plastic once it gets here.

For those of us who can barely breathe when the air quality is like it is right now, I have a suggestion. Eat spicy food. Its helped to open up the airways for me a bit and helped with the headaches. The smoke on Tuesday was ridiculous and I really hope this doesn't become normal.

What kind of age are we living in, when smoke becomes a part of the daily weather report?

Jus think of how much you could "save the environment" by preventing the burning and preventing all that CO2 and soot from entering the atmosphere!!

Not bad here today... The lake seems to have a pressure bubble that pushes the smoke away.
