I remember him for sure! Just reading the thread title I had a clear picture of him in my head...and hadn't thought about the guy for over 40 years.

A very versatile fellow, some humour from time to time, some street reporting, but the one series I remember was his series "On The Skids", circa 1975, which would have been when it was part of The Detroit News.

I'm a 70s baby/80s kid and I remember him. Davey Marlin Jones too.
