At that time was WJBK a 50 KW day and if so what was the nighttime power?

I'd have to look at the History Card. I think it was 10 kW Day and 1 kW Night on 1500 kHz. Before that, until 1956 as I recall, they were 250 watts Day and Night nondirectional on 1490 kHz from Highland Park.
